Tsebo has come a long way in providing Cost Effective Catering Solutions in Zimbabwe since its inception in 1977 and is the leading catering Company in the country with its main market share in the Mining Sector.

The Company exhibited at the recently held Mine Entra 2013 expo for the very first time and were pleased to have been selected the winner for Best Exhibit in the Services Category. This achievement bodes well for Tsebo’s future as a truly Zimbabwean company as today, quality is the deciding factor on the success or failure of a product or service and that in turn becomes the deciding factor for their organization’s success or failure.

Having embarked on the ISO 9001:2008 journey and obtaining Certification in August 2011, quality and service has been the key to Tsebo’s success. Having said this, Tsebo were awarded Company of the Year at the National Annual Quality Awards held in September 2012 and went on to win Company of the Year Large Enterprise at the SADC Annual Quality Award presentation which took place in Angola in March 2013.

Tsebo’s aim has been to enhance customer satisfaction through satisfying their needs and expectations and that to remain the market leader, they continually need to improve the quality of their service to customers thus ensuring long term loyalty.

The organization’s thrust for ISO 9001:2008 Certification has seen the mining division realigning its approach to business and the issue of Quality Management has taken centre stage thus enabling the Company’s operations to be customer oriented.

Tsebo’s Mine’s division is a mine management business model renowned for tailor made service products with a personalized approach to a holistic Village Management package covering full catering, running of bars, small-shop management, bedroom/living quarter’s service, launderette, gardening services and the running of guest houses.
